My deal code isn't accepted

What to check when the brand's website doesn't accept your codes

The brand's website checks your codes, since our redeem page never asks for them. For a Groupon deal with License Republic, check that the Groupon code is in the Redemption Code box and the security code is in the Security Code box, and that neither is your order number. If your codes still aren't accepted, contact the brand or us with the details.
Check the codes
  • Enter the Groupon code from your voucher in the Redemption Code box. Your Groupon order number isn't one of the codes.
  • Enter the security code in the Security Code box.
  • Take both codes from the same voucher.
  • Copy and paste each code, so no space slips in before or after it.
  • If you type the codes, look closely at characters that look alike, such as the letter O and the number 0, or the letter I and the number 1.
Find your deal code shows where both codes are on your voucher.
Check the deal
  • Confirm that you're on the website shown in step 3 of our redeem page.
  • Check the expiry date in your deal's terms. My deal has expired explains what to do if it has passed.
  • Check whether the voucher has already been redeemed, by you or by anyone you shared it with. If Groupon shows your voucher as redeemed and you haven't used it, contact Groupon's customer support.
Who to contact
For a License Republic deal, see My Groupon code isn't accepted or Contact License Republic support. For any other brand, or if you're not sure, contact us. Include the website where you bought the deal, the deal you selected, the exact message you saw and a screenshot.
Send your codes only in a private message to us or the brand, never in a review or a public post.
