The brand you redeemed with sends your product by email to the address you entered on its website. For a Groupon deal with License Republic, it checks your codes first and, once they're verified, emails your product and installation instructions. Search your inbox for the brand's name, and look in the Spam or Junk folder and in Gmail's Promotions and Updates tabs. For a License Republic deal, follow My order email hasn't arrived.
Check the email address
Check that the email address you entered on the brand's website was spelled correctly. A single wrong letter sends the email to someone else, or nowhere.

Each brand sets its own delivery times and explains them on its website. For License Republic, the article linked above covers them.
