Tell us the website where you bought your deal, your order number on that website and the deal you bought. Then describe where you got stuck, with the exact message you saw or a screenshot, and say whether you've already redeemed the deal.

- The deal you bought, as named on your voucher
- The step where you got stuck, such as step 1, step 2, step 3 or the brand's website
- The exact message you saw, or a screenshot of it
- Whether you've already redeemed the deal, and the email address you used on the brand's website
Taking a screenshot
- On Windows, press the Windows key, Shift and S together, then select the area to capture. The screenshot is copied, ready to paste into your message.
- On a Mac, press Shift, Command and 4 together, then select the area. The screenshot saves to your desktop.
- On an iPhone with Face ID, press the side button and the volume up button together. On an iPhone with a Home button, press the side button and the Home button together.
- On an iPad, press the top button and a volume button together, or the top button and the Home button on an iPad that has one.
- On most Android phones, press the power button and the volume down button together.
What to keep out of your message
Never send a password or full card details. Share your Groupon code and security code only in a private message to us or the brand, never in a review or a public post.
