The expiry date of your deal is in its terms, on the deal page of the website where you bought it and on your voucher. Contact that website first. It sold you the deal and applies its terms, including what happens once the expiry date has passed. You can also contact us about a deal for any of our businesses.
Find the date
Open your confirmation email or your account on the deal website and look for the expiry date in the deal's terms. Find the terms of your deal shows where they're usually kept.
What to send
Include the website where you bought the deal, your order number on that website, the deal title, the brand named on it and the expiry date shown in the terms.
