Where the Groupon code and security code are on your voucher, on the Groupon website and in the app

For a Groupon deal, open your voucher in your Groupon account. It shows two codes, the Groupon code under the barcode and the security code, and you need both to redeem with License Republic. The way to your voucher differs between the Groupon website and the Groupon app.
On the Groupon website
- Go to groupon.co.uk and sign in with the account you used to buy the deal.
- Open My Groupons from your account menu, or go straight to groupon.co.uk/mygroupons.
- Find the deal you bought and select See Details.
- Select View Voucher.
- Your voucher shows the Groupon code under the barcode, and the security code under Security Code.
In the Groupon app
- Open the Groupon app and sign in with the account you used to buy the deal.
- Tap My Purchases. In some versions of the app, tap My Stuff, then My Groupons.
- Tap the deal you bought, then tap View Voucher.
- Your voucher shows the Groupon code under the barcode, and the security code under Security Code.
Which code goes where
On License Republic's Groupon redeem page, the Groupon code goes in the Redemption Code box and the security code goes in the Security Code box. Your Groupon order number isn't either of these codes.
If you can't find your voucher
- Sign in to Groupon with the account you used to buy the deal. Groupon shows a voucher once your payment has gone through.
- Search your inbox for your Groupon order confirmation, and look in the Spam or Junk folder too.
- If your voucher still doesn't appear, contact Groupon's customer support. Groupon holds the record of your purchase.
Bought somewhere else
Look in the confirmation email from the website where you bought the deal, and in your account on that website, in the section that lists your vouchers or orders.
Using your codes
When the brand's website asks for your codes, copy them from your voucher and paste them in. Check that there's no space before or after either code.
