If you haven't redeemed your deal yet, contact the website where you bought it. You paid that website, and its terms, including its refund terms, apply to your deal. Once you've redeemed it, contact the brand you redeemed with. You can contact us at any point, and your rights under UK consumer law apply as well.
Before you redeem
Contact the website where you bought your deal and ask to cancel. Its terms say whether and when it refunds a deal that hasn't been used. Find the terms of your deal shows where to find them.
After you redeem
Contact the brand you redeemed with. For License Republic, see Refunds and replacements and its Return Policy. If the product is faulty or hasn't arrived, A problem with your product after redeeming explains your options.
When Internet Interests is the seller
Our Return Policy covers sales where Internet Interests Ltd is the seller. Under it, and under UK consumer law, these points apply.
  • UK consumers generally have 14 days to cancel a purchase made online.
  • For digital content, such as a software licence, the right to cancel ends once supply begins only if you gave your express consent to early supply and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Redeeming a code doesn't take the place of that consent and acknowledgement.
  • A clear statement that you want to cancel is enough. You don't need a particular form.
  • When a cancellation is valid, the refund goes back to your original payment method, without a fee, within 14 days.
  • Your right to a repair, a replacement, a price reduction or a refund for a faulty, invalid or undelivered product stays in place.
What to send
Include your name, your order reference, the product and what you'd like, such as a cancellation or a refund. Leave out passwords and full card details, and never post a licence key in public.
