Select Redeem now again, and if nothing happens, reload the page and repeat all three steps. For a Groupon deal with License Republic, you can also go straight to licenserepublic.com/groupon and finish there. For a License Republic deal bought on another website, go to licenserepublic.com/redeem.
Other things to check
